Zekari was founded in Terjola in 2016 and has been in the Georgian market since then. At first the company produced only 3 types of cheese: Imeruli, Sulguni and Georgian, but since 2019 they have added other products: Matsoni [Georgian sour milk], sour cream, yogurt, etc.

The company makes wine as well. They have two different factories working to deliver these products, in line with all the relevant production standards.
